Booking and Cancellation Policies
BOOKING POLICY:
The reservation can be booked in 2 ways:
1) Reservation and payment online through the website (subject to a 6% service commission for our online sales platform (Fareharbour).
2) Direct contact with Ahoy Portugal and payment via bank transfer or MBWAY.

2.1) Request availability for a specific time and wait for it to be accepted by Ahoy Portugal;
2.2) A pre-booking only guarantees the data for a maximum period of 48 hours, if the reservation deposit is not paid within this period, the data will once again be available to other customers. The reservation fee corresponds to 50% of the total value of the event.
2.3) Payment of the remaining 50% can be made simultaneously with the payment of the reservation deposit or up to 7 days before the date of the event.
Payment options:
a) Request Ahoy Portugal to issue an MBWAY request.
b) Bank transfer identifying the customer’s name and event details

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation by the supplier:
1. In the event of weather conditions such as rain, heavy fog or storms (thunderstorm, dangerous sea or wind) or in the event of a technical breakdown. 100% refund of the value.
2. If passengers present themselves in an altered state of consciousness, the captain has the right to prevent boarding. We inform you that the consumption of alcohol on board is permitted but with due moderation, as safety at sea is our priority. It is also prohibited to board any illicit substance or object. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to the cancellation of the tour during the tour, without a refund.
3. If, up to 24 hours before a shared event, the minimum number of 8 passengers necessary for it is not met, we will have to cancel it by refunding the entire amount paid by the customer.
Cancellation by the customer:
We are sorry if you have to cancel your reservation, however, from the moment Ahoy Portugal makes the commitment and stops accepting other bookings for the date of your event, the cancellation costs must be assumed by the customer. Note: Factors related to unforeseen personal, work or health events or desired weather issues that do not occur on the day are not considered reasons for cancellation at no cost by the customer.
Cancellation costs for the customer depending on the advance notice in relation to the event date, in relation to a shared event:
>15 days: free of charge;
14 to 8 days: 50% of the total amount;
7 to 3 days: 75% of the total amount;
< 48 hours: 100% of the total amount
Cancellation costs for the client depending on the advance notice in relation to the event date, for a private event:
> 30 days: 20% of the total amount;
29 to 15 days: 35% of the total amount;
14 to 8 days: 50% of the total amount;
< 7 days: 100% of the total amount.
