Terms & Conditions

These conditions refer to a service provision agreement between the company AHOY PORTUGAL (hereinafter, AHOY) and the Customer.

Acceptance of an activity proposal presupposes knowledge and acceptance of these conditions.

These supply conditions may be changed by contracts or agreements eventually entered into between AHOY and the Customer.

AHOY Responsibilities
– Preparation and elaboration of all logistics related to the activity, before, during and after its completion.
– Contemplate with the Client, alternative solutions or dates for the activity, whenever for reasons beyond the control of AHOY or the Client it is impossible to carry them out.
– Carrying out the activity in accordance with the proposal presented and ensuring its proper functioning.
– Present to the Customer any additional costs, if changes are requested that are not included in the initial proposal.
– AHOY is responsible for ensuring that all insurance required by law to carry out its activity is in compliance.

Customer Responsibilities
– Ensure that all participants are in good health to allow them to participate in the activities to be carried out.
– If you do not authorize the use of audiovisual and photographic material, captured during activities, for AHOY promotional purposes, you must communicate this wish to the employee accompanying the process.
– Personal property brought by participants to activities is their sole responsibility, and AHOY cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or material damage.
– Be responsible for supervising minor children in your care.
